We,
as board members of this organization, are responsible for ensuring that the Foundation meets all its responsibilities under the by-laws and in compliance with the Act under which the Foundation was formed. Our purpose is to provide support and protection for the development of Praiseworthy Event Planning and the Jas Foundation. It is our job to govern The Jas Foundation and maintain all necessary circumstances.
